- Prior Outpatient Experience- Active CA License- Experience working with Professional Aides- Very high caseload - Need to be able to work with 24 Patients per day / Average of 3 patients per hour- Willing to Float to nearby facilities - Mileage or Drive time is not paid due to close proximity to other locations. Clinician will also likely work in only 1 facility per day- 30 day cancellation policy- 32 hour gauranteed work week with expectation of 40?
* Must have experience in an outpatient setting treating more than 15 patients per day on average. * Must be willing to see two evaluations per hour and 2-3 non medicare follow ups per hour. (Must be aware that all laws and regulations governing a physical therapy practice do not place a limit on the amount of patients a clinic can see per day or per hour). * Needs to be able to supervise a physical therapist assistant (s) and an aide. * Must be able to work in a team environment. * Experience with pediatrics ages 3-10 is desirable but not required. * Must understand the laws and regulations governing the supervision of PTA's and aides. (2 PTA's and one aide doing patient related tasks per PT) * Must have all credentialing completed and have a valid NPI number. Medicare credentialing desirable. * Must be able to travel between clinics in cases when coverage is needed.
